Helical gear reducers are available in 12 housing sizes, with nominal torques from 50 to 18,000 Nm, and are available in foot and flange designs. While the two smaller gear units (C00 and C01) require only two stages to reach their full potential, the larger sizes C03 to C08 are available with two or three stages for higher torque range applications. From the C09 onwards there is an extra fourth stage, and the C16 is even equipped with 5 gear stages.

Helical bevel gear reducers are suitable for a variety of applications. The two-stage basic design adds a third gear stage above 200 Nm, a fourth gear stage above 3000 Nm and a fifth gear stage above 18000 Nm. K-type gear units can also be equipped with hollow shafts, output shafts, shrink discs, torque arms and flange mounting.
