Displacement coil edge correction and guide wheel edge correction

Displacement coil edge correction (OPG) is a displacement edge correction system. It is equipped with a basic frame and a second moving frame with parallel rollers. The moving frame rotates according to the (Pivot) fulcrum to minimize the stress on the coil. This thus ensures a higher level of adjustment precision compared to fixed frames. It provides the shortest infeed and outfeed strokes when correcting web deflection. So the required space is very small.

Guide wheel edge guides are ideal for oven exit or conveyor equipment applications where long infeed strokes are used to provide precise web positioning. Suitable for rolls from the narrowest widths to 200" widths.
